Pros

Career longevity, multiple opportunities should you want to relocate, and good people.

Cons

Too many initiatives at one time; lack of systems to do the job; and lots of busy work to keep employees from focusing on their jobs. Also, lots of turnover in entry level roles.

Pros

the pay benefits and the tools you needed to do your job were second to none.

Cons

you are as valuable to them as the last month you hit your quota. nail sales quota for a year or two straight and your golden but miss it one month and get ready cause if you do it again they will start talking about making some changes. hours are brutal and they run stores at a bare minimum of employees, since you are salary it falls on you. You will burn out on this job no doubt how long is up to you.
