Business Outlook
Pros
Good company to work for overall. The base salary for the sales positions wouldn't be sufficient, but if you hit your quotas you can clear $100K with decent flexibility and work/life balance. Excellent 401K with 5% matching, and good health benefits
Cons
Upside for sales is capped and somewhat limited. Advancement opportunities are there, but the sacrifice of time for the money isn't worth it. Base is mediocre.
