Pros

Napa Auto Parts is a great place to work at, one of the last if not already the last real AUTO PARTS STORE out there. The hrs are ok most Napa's close at 6-8pm. You get to help customers that had no luck at another "auto parts store". Pay is good.

Cons

Not fully staffed that causes problems with some of your accounts went comes to delivery time. You can work long hrs sometimes e.g 10hrs 11 hrs days.
