Pros

Health care benefits are very good.

Cons

No training, no support from upper management and corporate. Salary is way to low considering what they demand from you as store manager. Base pay should be 100,000. As you have to work pretty much 7 days a week and do way to many open to close shifts. So at 56,000. It's not worth the time this job takes you away from your family or just even having a life in general.

Will work you like a dog six days a week from open til close and then complain if you were out sick a day. Expect you to do all the work and never appreciates your hard work or dedication
