Tons of responsibility for young/low-level employees, casual office with flexibility

Cons

Terrible office culture!!! I didn't realize how high the turnover is at NARAL until I left. You're not supposed to be this miserable at work! The org is extremely topheavy with way too many directors for how barebones the staff is. I was at one point the only staff member in a department, doing the work of an associate and two interns at once.
