Pros

Expensive vending machines and 24/7 food options.

Cons

Extremely old school design mentality. Like 20 years ago. Their lunch is getting eaten by every commercial company out there and NASA is directing work away from JPL. They're not far from becoming GSFC and contracting out 100% of their design work but that's a best case scenario if NASA trusts them to manage a large project again.
