Lots of bad apples, useless contributors, management layers that are not technical. They're mostly doing a lot of baby sitting work.

Cool projects Good team mates, but is highly project dependent

Cons

Quality of management highly project dependent. Some were completely terrible, some. very good, but the bad tends to outweigh the good. If you're one a good program its great, if you end up on another it can be terrible. Lost lots of contracts due to bad management and as usual the employees suffer for it.
