Pros

Great place to work. NASA is willing to pay for training you, which is one reason why salaries are considerably less than commercial organizations.

Cons

Work can be slow at times and there's a lot of red tape.

Pros

Everyone loves to teach their job to interns. Rarely are researchers too busy to answer a question, as is often the case at corporate aerospace companies. Interns are very nice to each other, you bond like a family for four months.

Cons

There are no cons, it was perfect.
