Pros

- Cool projects related to space, technology, engineering - Relaxed environment, diversity, collaboration - Offices - "Brand" Name - Plenty of internship programs - Many locations (awesome campuses)

Cons

The main issue with NASA is it has lost its aura of the 60's or 70's... after we got to the moon, the only cool thing is the Hubble Telescope... - somethings are old and underfunded - government level pay

Pros

people are nice on the surface, polite. management is not avert to using new technologies such as C#, .Net, and Spring.net. equipment are decent, if we have the budget.

Cons

too much politics. a lot of incompetent people sitting around doing nothing. people who try to get things done are attacked by people who feel threatened. management can't seem to make up their minds on which direction a project should take, as a result, the engineers suffer due to the resulting budget cut.
