Where do I start? Corruption, favoritism, retaliation, liars, evilness at every management level. If you're not in the good old boys club don't expect promotions or awards. Rampant sexual harassment and assault goes unpunished (except for the victims getting punished). Violation of every EEO law then reprisals against those who file claims.

Not enough room in this box! Management has zero skills which trickles down to Supervisors and Work Leaders. No one stands up for the professional and always takes the customers side when inaccurate reports are called in by customers. Morale is ZERO! Everyone is tired of being lied to and the most unqualified personnel receive management positions based on who they know not what they know. Responsibilities are thrown onto lower level workers because unqualified higher level positions don't understand their jobs but pat themselves on the back and take full credit every opportunity they can.
