      Pros

      Great building in prime location Fulfilling work Great organization to work for Leadership tries to make the working environment pleasant for everyone there, sometimes it works and then sometimes-not so much, but they do try.

      Cons

      The parking at the 750 building is very limited and cannot adequately support the amount of people who work and visit the building Sharing office space can get tricky as working with different personalities and management styles can clash.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, and retirement options could be an improvement for many people. Lots of opportunity to find a place in the organization if your first landing spot isn't correct.

      Cons

      Organization seems to promote those with "yes-men/yes-women' mentality, conforming to a single role within the org. This can often be outside what the national leadership Captain/Admiral has dictated as their directive. A small leader can interject in-between that they will not follow the directives of that leader which will lead to complications for employees and their families. Often, I found there was lack of input from the employee side, no opportunity to represent yourself in a conversation, things were based on "leaders" pre-conceived notions as opposed to asking for your position prior to a weigh and measure.
