Pros

The entertainment industry is exciting to be part of, cool events, fast-paced, nice people

Cons

Sales managers were older/old school at my station and kept hiring equally old/outdated sellers set in their ways. They didn't want the CSRs to be anything more than that. I worked hard for 3 long years as a CSR and when I pitched myself for an AE position that opened that I was more than ready for, it was apparent they weren't seriously considering me as a candidate and preferred I stay as a CSR. Management doesn't care about growing the younger employees who work hard and are eager to learn and grow their careers there.
