Met some great people, worked on some large projects, but can be very chaotic and lacking in work / life balance.

Pros

Working for a large company that has good benefits. Met some really great people. Good salary. Chance to work on larger projects and easy enough to network.

Cons

Organizational structure is a mess. Lack of clear focus, and project management is lacking. Every division is a silo so it is hard to get everyone on board with the same agenda.
