Pros

- Lots of exciting opportunities for young journalists - Lots of mobility within the company - if you choose to move - Decent pay and benefits

Cons

- Depends on the unit you are working in, but can be extremely sexist and old school - Unwillingness to listen to junior employees about ways to make the workplace better for everyone
