      Pros

      They care about their employees. They know how hard we work and reward us with free movie days, previews of never before seen TV series that are about to come out on television, lots of food catered, employee game/bowling nights, company fitness center, sweetest people I have ever worked with. There are also lots of opportunities to move up in the company. Hours are flexible. Benefits are great if you're full time.

      Cons

      The pay for part-time isn't horrible, but definitely not enough to support yourself if this is your only job.

      Pros

      Steady pay, once you get in the Local 174 union, it's almost impossible to get fired unless you do something very egregious. Good health care. Summer hours.

      Cons

      Raise are capped due to collective bargaining agreement. It's a dead end job, but its ok if you want a boring simple job that doesn't challenge you. You can't move up unless a manager leaves or dies, which isn't often. No one wants to help you with your job or teach you new skills. No 401k or stock options because you are in the union.

      Pros

      Great medical, vision, and dental benefits.Good perqs in world of media, including but not limited to free movies, travel opportunities, and discounts with many companies.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance; many long nights and too much work for staff to handle. Low pay, and no annual bonuses. Favoritism shown to employees from parent company.
