The company is large and the majority of people are creative, hard working, fun. There is an opportunity to meet people across many networks. Being part of NBC Universal holds a lot of prestige and there is much you can learn here that will serve you well in your career.

Cons

A very political environment where those that and talk the talk succeed. Management not really supportive of work/life balance, even though they claim to be.

-The name on my resume

-There was a weird divide with those white collar executives and interns, as such, we had no relationship with them as they came off as very unapproachable. -The majority of the work we did was busy work, such as gathering and distributing clippings, distributing mail. I, at one point, had to search for Halloween costumes for an executives college aged daughter.
