Pros

Smart people stay here forever until the HR decides that you are going to get a package. They have excellent benefits. Great people to work with and opportunities to grow if you are willing to stick out for a couple years.

Cons

People are let go without cause. This is a very stressful environment with a growing paranoia.

Pros

I like the product, and the hours aren't crazy

Cons

Micromanagement, low budget for my division, limited opportunities for advancement, cronyism way more important than ability or contribution.

Pros

Good pay. Benefits are good.

Cons

Too corporate. Too many politics. More talk less action. Not focused on entertainment. Don't care about career development or their people. HR is a joke. Without a doubt the worst place I've ever worked. I do not recommend this place to anyone in entertainment. No in senior management had entertainment experience. Unbelieveable.
