They like to promote within the company, but only if you are staffed.

Cons

They like to hire within so that they can hire you at a lower rate. They only value the higher valued shows and compensate very poorly otherwise and have a "take it or leave it" mentality. Poor management especially because everyone in corporate is a "lifer" hired from when they were once Pages and haven't had a diverse set of experiences at other companies. HR is very late to respond to emails.
