Pros

If you live in the "Valley" it's a great location, even if you lived in Hollywood, I'd consider working at Universal.

Cons

If you do not live in the "Valley" it's could be a big commute, if you in Hollywood, it still might be a big drive in the mornings.

benefits are good and have some great perks, great coworkers, good resources, large company, transparency, movement within the company is available,

Cons

after the merger nbc is still finding the formula for success but with a bit more time the company will be great
