Pros

Lots of opportunity, extensive support network for employees, many different ways to grow and advance. Fast paced professional environment that rewards hard work, innovation and discipline. Hours are long but there can be rewards for the effort.

Cons

Traditonal show business hierarchical structure that rewards position and contacts over merit. Not good for older employees. Decent benefits but low salaries compensated by glamor factor of working in show business. Current owner Comcast is very very cost effective

Pros

They have always been so easy to work with and pay well and always on time, they're also loyal. I made a good first impression and they keep bringing me back, everything I've done has been for them.

Cons

Being a loyal company it is rather hard to get your foot in the door. Usually you have to know someone or have a good reference.
