Pros

Company headed in the right direction with stable of experienced Network TV executives.

Cons

Recent reliance on inexperienced cheaper work force is effecting the quality of it's brands & some broadcasts. Experienced workers marginalized by this staffing approach.

Pros

Great company overall. Headed in the right direction after Comcast buyout. A lot of room for internal movement and plenty of interesting groups to support from a finance perspective. Youthful atmosphere as can be expected from a leading media entertainment company and excellent finance leadership. Very passionate employees who are some of the hardest working and brightest individuals I've met. I can honestly say that this is a company that I as well as many others are proud to work for.

Cons

Pay is somewhat low compared to the NYC industry average for corporate finance. Perks are ok unless you have Comcast in your area. Too much politics especially at the higher levels. Too many barriers in place to move around different groups without pushback
