Brilliant product which people are super proud of and keen to work for

Cons

The gloss and glamour don't quite match the cold reality of work. For all the effort and passion many people put in, Senior Management is quite a way away from what really happens and or needs to happen to make it a happier place to work. Plenty of back stabbing and climbing over people to move up the career ladder

Peers are helpful and nice Freedom to explore own method of working as there is no fixed structure

Cons

Management doesn't seem to take charge of work and it seems to be pushed down to the lower levels with minimal guidance Blame might be placed on employees despite the lack of guidance, should anything happen Lack of structured processes, lots of ambiguity

Management - only way anyone progress is by threatening to leave or if you are liked, most skilled employees won’t ever be promoted, salary is awful compared to competition
