Pros

None they make you work all hours and days of the week

Cons

I oversaw the NBC Universal Sydney office. The coverups of bullying and abuse of top management is why I left this unprofessional company. All women are treated like second class citizens. They payout the claimants so their management can receive their bonuses. Do not work for this company! It is all a facade.

Pros

Lots of events and groups to join. Excellent benefits and holiday/time off

Cons

Unfortunately, there is no consistency across departments. Some department managers are awful and will offer no support or do not update you on what is going on in the company. Some are great and really support your well being and growth. Same with HR support. Some are loyal to the company's interests and some really do a great job in supporting you. Also, the wider company is very hypocritical. Lots of political issue going on in the US that the company support. But in reality, if you look into it, they continue to support groups and legislation which do not align with what they tell their employees.
