Pros

Trying to stay ahead and maintain their superiority in the digital space at least for their cable brands. Powerful audience base and market share.

Cons

Slow on boarding process and salaries for technology focused jobs are below market rates. They are an entertainment company first and foremost; using technology but maybe not willing to pay out for people who are leaders or re-inventing the digital space.
