Pros

Interesting entertainment content, innovative media strategy, good employee perks (premieres, events, free content) and intelligent people to work with and work for.

Cons

Very hierarchical business, and each business division is quite siloed so there is often duplication of work across teams and lack of big picture vision.

Pros

Good salary, great location Working with some of the smartest people in the world. Very successful company

Cons

Very hierarchical Too corporate for a media company. Promotions are given on personal feelings rather than merit which can be unfair Hard to advance up the ladder
