Pros

- Pay is solid - You will be working on revered brands - Beautiful offices in NYC

Cons

- Top down management is awful - Pettiness pervades throughout. Feels like a gossipy high school - Mid-level managers have power to curb your career progression, regardless of the quality of work you do

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, perks and discounts, nice London office. If you land in a good team you could do well. Land in one of the many dysfunctional ones and it will be hell.

Cons

Some teams are well managed. Other leaders manage their teams like a fiefdom acting like a cult leader (e.g. if you do not adore me, I will help you. Otherwise, I will make your life hell). Bullying and harassment are condoned depending on the perceived value of the perpetrator to the company. Company policies are not worth the paper they're written on.
