Pros

good benefits package, nice culture, talented people

Cons

Most senior roles are earmarked internally for candidates and either dont get posted for people to apply for or they get posted but they are doing this to show they have posted the role, in reality they already know who the role is being given to.

Pros

Good people, friendly and respectfull. Great pay.

Cons

Micro Management can get you crazy. Everything's changing at any second. You will be packed with chores for others mistakes. HR has no human side. It's all about money and productivity, you are not important for the company.
