Pros

-Given lots of ownership responsibilities and places to take on big projects - People are all really friendly and helpful from top to bottom - Very little micromanaging, you're trusted for your expertise and can make decisions where possible. - Osterley and Central Saint Giles offices are both great locations - Chance for international travel - Work life balance (at least until RTO kicks in) has been fantastic and international team working has meant great flexibility

Cons

- Development and progression is not at all clear and at times feels deliberately obtuse - Things move very quickly which means documentation and process improvement takes a back seat - Pay compared to industry standards feels a little low - Communication on return to office on a 4 day week has felt chaotic, a bit authoritarian and has caused more stress than needed
