Pros

Wonderful co-workers, great balance of work and outside life, room for growth and to take on a variety of opportunities/projects.

Cons

A lot of short-term positions and not as much support from HR as I would sometimes like to have.

The name of the company, possibly benefits and Universal Theme Parks discounts.

Pros

With several network brands under one umbrella there is a lot of opportunity to move around. Great benefits. Pressure to perform is not wrapped up in an overly-intense and chaotic environment.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. With most large corporations, politics and playing the game are more important than quality of content.
