Pros

Fun and caring culture Lots of interactions with International and global Great ERG and support for diversity

Cons

Long tenure, sometimes hard to move to next level as people never leave! Although they do support mobility to other regions Australia is fairly progressive but overall company not always progressive

Pros

I loved working at NBCUniversal during my time as an intern and a marketing assistant. The team and company were very supportive of my career progression and supporting me in returning back to university to finish my degree.

Cons

The role didn't give me too much opportunity to see different parts of the business as someone at the beginning of my career
