Pros

great variety of work in the department. getting to work at lot of venues. creative work.

Cons

boys club. old boys club. glass ceiling. obvious about it as well… these guys can't even spell lawsuit.

Pros

Really smart creative people. Most everyone is willing to collaborate. Flexible work hours and management is generally supportive of career interests.

Cons

Extremely large, difficult to build relationships across divisions. A lot of reorganization. Manage up culture. Difficult to progress without changing roles or departments.
