Pros

Good pay if you negotiate i guess and some company perks.

Cons

Will expect you to work long hours and overtime as if it is nothing. Will want you in office as much as possible so not very flexible.

Pros

Such a warm, wonderful team. Sure the industry has it's quirks, but overall the people on the production are keen to do their best, wonderfully supportive and not afraid to have a bit of a laugh. There are some beautiful souls at NBCUniversal.

Cons

The long hours can wear you down a bit - 10h + workdays with quite early starts.
