Pros

Nice office facilities (when they were in Central Saint Giles - I believe a lot of staff have now been moved out to the Sky offices in Isleworth which I can't vouch for) Decent pay compared to peers Good benefits

Cons

Very corporate and conservative energy Not much room for creativity Too many cooks on projects leading to slow decision-making and groupthink

Pros

You are able to handle diverse contents; from Universal film and tv shows to locally acquired contents.

Cons

There isn't much freedom in the local field. You have to report and get approval for every single matter from the global headquarters.
