Pros

-Vastly international culture and workplace. Connected and worked with people from all over the world. -Fostering environment and helpful team, enabling personal growth but remaining firm with team goals and objectives. -Company perks include screenings and free tickets to multiple movie/entertainment events.

Cons

-Heavily reliant on parent company, some operational practices might become unnecessarily hard because of parent policy. -Business model is constantly evolving in response to consumers' actions and expectations, making some departments obsolete or experience shortfalls
