Pros

Fun industry. Dynamic job. Exciting changes taking place. Lots of investment coming in with Comcast owners.

Cons

Poor performance of company in recent years. Cost cutting. Investment came in with Comcast, but then already had more cuts.

Pros

30 Rock - the building and the show. Beautiful setting, romantic notions that creativity is taking place.

Cons

But in reality, they have too many senior managers that love to stifle, play political games, and not allow their to employees grow.
