Pros

- The company has great product to be passionate about - Films, TV, channels, Theme Parks - Generally, great people to work with - bright and easy to work with and they all want to be here for the most part - Company is well funded and investing in the right areas - Overall good benefits with health, dental, life insurance, 401K, etc

Cons

- Too many layers of senior management - especially in LA HQ

Poor management- you need to listen to your team. No flexibility on working hours, no training.
