      Company is growing, employees not necessarily

      Pros

      solidly managed especially on the film side, keeps growing operating profits and keeps adding big brands to its portfolio; excellent facilities and really feels like a top-class media company

      Cons

      top-down management culture, limited autonomy, senior leaders manage with fear, slow wage growth and promotions, wasteful assignments and spending. Many groups housed under one roof but little collaboration between them. Trying hard to "get digital" but middle management lacks skills and mandate to really do it.
