Pros

Exciting environment . Great employees Working in television is pretty awesome and great to talk about. You get to work on some pretty cool events.

Cons

The pay is way below the amount of work you get. There is not much room for advancement. You have to be very patient.

Pros

Cache of working at NBC

Cons

- Very little growth potential for Manager and Analysts - Directors and VP's have been around forever and stick to old, tired methods - No enthusiasm within deptarment or room for creativity, I imagine it's like being a Chef at Apple Bees, here's your menu, go to work... - Awful communication between Directors and rest of staff especially on USA/Syfy side - Very little positive reinforcement given to staff, only criticism

Pros

Exciting to work for such a big company in the entertainment industry. Free coffee, tea and fruit is definitely a plus. Great location.

Cons

Doesn't have much connection/communication to Domestic so work opportunities don't exactly cross those borders, which is a disappointment. Not much else.
