Pros

Pay is decent in comparison to other places in Orlando. You get to enter the parks for free. Get to meet a variety of people, although, they can either be a good or bad experience.

Cons

Often time, you can end up getting little to no hours for days or weeks at a time, especially on slow seasons. Counter to that, you can end up getting absolutely swamped with visitors. Moving up can be extremely challenging. I've had coworkers that have been there for years but wouldn't even be given full time so they can't get the benefits.

Pros

Peers are helpful and nice Freedom to explore own method of working as there is no fixed structure

Cons

Management doesn't seem to take charge of work and it seems to be pushed down to the lower levels with minimal guidance Blame might be placed on employees despite the lack of guidance, should anything happen Lack of structured processes, lots of ambiguity
