Pros

Depending on the team/ company you work for, you can be part of great opportunities involving big name brands and releases.

Cons

Experience is dependent on your leader or team, some managers are great and some are really old school and have no communication skills, especially with employees from diverse backgrounds. Typical old white man mentality across the board.
