Pros

Health benefits once your show was in 2nd season or more. 12 hour guarantee. OT offered daily over 8h. I always maintained a good rapport with upper management, but witnessed other coworkers who did not.

Cons

By-the-book. A lot of politics behind the scene. If you can play the game, it’s a remarkable company, but if you can’t, they won’t let you forget it

Pros

- Pay is solid - You will be working on revered brands - Beautiful offices in NYC

Cons

- Top down management is awful - Pettiness pervades throughout. Feels like a gossipy high school - Mid-level managers have power to curb your career progression, regardless of the quality of work you do
