Pros

Depending on your larger team and senior leadership, can have a great work culture that values work/life balance and does a good job respecting and appreciating employees. Good benefits: good health plan, mental health coverage, parental leave, fertility benefits, unlimited sick days, vacation days, tickets to Universal, etc.

Cons

Depending on your larger team and senior leadership, can have terrible work culture that values profit over people.

Pros

Feels very stable compared to other media/movie studios in the industry. The company culture and HR team have been great.

Cons

There's a lot of dead weight at the company who have been here a long time. They stay because of the culture and stability which makes sense but for anyone below them, this can make it really challenging to grow your career when the people above you don't share the same ambition.

Pros

Good work-life balance, the office is deserted by 5:15pm.

Cons

This company is too large, which makes it easy for terrible management to run wild. HR at NBCUniversal is well-known across the entertainment and media industries to be god-awful, and in my experience that's entirely true. No concern for the development or well-being of employees.
