Pros

They have great health benefits. Its probably the best thing about working there.

Cons

Money is not great for lower level employees. Wages for current lower level employees are not revisited to keep up with inflation. Such a big company should pay their employees better especially after years on the job. Only the executives get great salaries.

Pros

Benefits are good They pay on time

Cons

No oversight in the Local Division. Managers promote their unqualified friends from other places. Don't believe in promoting within or career development or mentorship. Just come in do your job and go home. Doing anything extra isn't worth it, because they simply don't care and will let you know that they don't care
