Pros

Good Experience working in the Entertainment Corporate industry. When I leave it will look good on my resume.

Cons

Members of staff who do not have the required skills and who do not care to learn more. However, are paid an exorbitant amount of money. For example, people are literally paid over 100+ thousand dollars a year just to hang TV's, screw in a coax cable and set up TV channels. The carpenters put up the mounts, the electrician runs the cable and all that is LITERALLY done is just to hang TV's. The other workers who are on contract knows everything about how the AV system operates and are way more talented but are subjected to a very low salary with little to know benefits. Might I say we can also be fired at will as a result there is a high turn over of workers.

Pros

Great work environment Cool/knowledgeable people Challenging environment but still chill Good salary - pay raise/promotions

Cons

Haven't found any so far. I just keep hearing that it's difficult to move up but haven't experienced it yet. I started in August and already got a raise.
