Pros

If you drink the kool-aid, you stay....and probably enjoy.

Cons

If you aren't brain-washed and take the red pill, you most likely will leave after 3 years.

Good Hours, bad growth

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Amazing hours, can be rewarding work depends if you get the projects you'd like. Big profile tv shows and will be seen publicly. Very good work culture with amazing people.

Cons

Growth is nonexistent unless you are in the circle. Not a lot of opportunities even if you are proactive in trying. Senior executives, management and workers are completely disconnected, it's hard for a new employee to advance in ranks or get better pay.
