Pros

Mediocrity is rewarded here. Benefits are fairly good and the perks, if you value them are nice.

Cons

This company operates on plantation politics. It is not a place for top talent, nor innovation. When people speak of this place being political, they are really describing a place that condones bias and discrimination. Look at the history and color deviation of those that are promoted versus that of those who are perpetually looked over.

Do not believe the hype

Pros

Overall good benefits, dental could be better, stock option plan and 401k contribution is very good.

Cons

Extremely top heavy! It's a internal joke about the number of VP's in each division, there can easily be 15 VP's in between a director and chairman, insane. The title is meaningless and must be given as part of a certain salary level. Digital is a mess, the people in charge are old broadcast/linear people that can't make fast decisions because they just don't know the business. Do not believe them when they say promotion from within is possible, I believed that lie and found out quickly there is no such thing as promotions.
