Pros

I work with great people on a small show. It's a pretty low-stress environment.

Cons

Very slow growth and not a lot of money.

Pros

Discounts at Universal Studios; ice cream day

Cons

No integrity - only the "talking heads" are treated well. Screws the employees - just cancelled the "guaranteed" retirement plan. Screws the retirees - cancelled their health insurance benefits. Union busting - when an employee resigns, they are not replaced -- only "daily hires" are used; they have almost no employee positions left. All this despite record profits. The employees do not share in the good times -- only senior management.
