1. Top notch technologists who perform at the top of their game all the time 2. Hands on experience with newest technology 3. Traveled the world supporting Olympics coverage

Cons

1. Old school top-down management style stifles growth 2. Zero work-life balance 3. Those who work the most hours are seen as most productive regardless of actual work produced

Pros

Better benefit package compare to competitions, for example, pension plans and matching 401K contributions. Parent company, GE, is strong and reliable and will not likely going down for a while.

Cons

GE as the parent company, too much politics in the environment. Big company makes it harder to be recognized and ultimately makes promotion harder and slower.
