Pros

The job security is great. The benefits are pretty good but starting to get quite expensive.

Cons

The last couple of years, things shifted to a stifling corporate environment. People left and the jobs were never filled, instead the work was spread to everyone else without any look at compensation. It’s nearly impossible to move up as a minority. Almost all of the leadership team at my facility was Caucasian and it was quite disheartening to be passed over for opportunities, especially from a company that preaches so much about inclusion.

Pros

Great programming and news to sell Good place to work to have it on your resume

Cons

Terrible culture Management is constantly micromanaging even work from home calling you any time of the day even at night when that’s not appropriate Also management doesn’t trust their employees even when you are doing a good job at work No opportunity to grow in the company No training you are on your own Don’t ask questions or you will get attitude from managers Not a welcoming place to work They treat you as a number and that’s it

Too much politics in the office: good brand but terrible workplace

Pros

Brand recognition & Good show development

Cons

No room to grow within the company. Clear proof of favoritism and office politics. Even when you work hard, there's no recognition from a simple "thank you" to a bonus to a promotion. Nothing whatsoever. Poor attitudes within a team and no effort to build a bond. They expect you to put in overtime hours, fire a bunch of people then pile you with more work so they overload you with work but underpay you.
