Pros

One of the biggest media companies in the countries, great perks, and management that is very well connected in the industry.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility and you're a small fish in a big sea, which restricts your level of contribution. Also, since the Comcast merger a few years ago, there have been too many structural changes in top level executive management that trickled down to affect the employees on the front line. To make matters worse, there is no communication of these "changes" from top-down. They're usually sudden and don't come with a heads up. Not a very stable ground to be in right now.

Pros

Great atmosphere, fun job, nice people, cool perks, chic location, ok salary, yearly merit salary raises, potential to get a really awesome position, great experience, great entry level positions to get a career started.

Cons

Always laying off production staff, difficult to get promoted, management can sometimes be clueless is to what their suborindates do and can turn a blind eye to problems between employees.
